At Nordic Design House, we set out to redesign one of India’s most common household appliances, the air cooler, with the same care and precision we bring to industrial design.

 

The goal wasn’t just to make it look better but to make it feel better to live with.

We reimagined the cooler as a compact, intelligent, and sensory appliance, one that blends seamlessly into modern homes. The project explores how design thinking and engineering can merge to create more human, intuitive products in India’s hot and humid climate.
